I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. As a native I have grown up with the growth of the Denver metro area. My work career has always been one focused on continually learning. My career with US West/Qwest began with being a directory assistance operator and finished as a project manager. In addition while working at US West I earned two degrees from the University of Colorado - Denver campus. A BA in Communications from the School of Liberal Arts and a BS in Business Administration from the School of Business. One of the most important things I have learned is to give back to your community. Some of the ways I like to give back to the community is by donating blood at Bonfiles and volunteering for events with the Denver Public Library such as the used book sale and the Booklovers Ball.
In 2002 I began my second career as a Realtor, specializing in the North/West metro area, which has enabled me to help dozens of people with their real estate needs. As always, I find education is one of the keys to a less stressful transaction. I use a variety of plans and technologies including calendars, questionnaires, and checklists to help clients to understand the buying and selling process.
In working with clients I have found a sold communications plan to be one of the most important parts of the relationship. That is why during the first meeting a communication plan needs to be established. A key point I learned when studying communication is that people not technology is what makes for a successful communication. I am comfortable working with many communication mediums from phone calls, emails, and face to face what ever works best for the client. I still love to learn new things and earned a certificate to work with the Denver Inclusionary Housing program. I always look forward to meeting new clients. If you're looking for a new home or wish to sell your home, I'd love to serve you with sincerity and common sense. Please call or email me today.
